HSJ-65/28 PVC Braided Garden Hose Making Machine This machine is mainly designed for PVC Garden Hose manufacture, which will use 2 sets of 65mm single screw extruder, specially for processing PVC soft granules, its running is reliable and smooth. Its speed can reach to 5-12m/min+.

This machine is used to produce Fiber Reinforced PVC Braided Hose/ PVC Garden Pipe. It has three layers, the inner and the outer layer is plastic PVC material and the middle layer is fiber strengthened net. It has good mechanical property and chemical property, which suits for the transportation of high pressure and corrosive air, and water liquid. It is comprehensively used in machinery, colliery, petrol, chemistry, agriculture irrigation, garden water hose,construction,civil products (solar water heater, gas pitcher).

This production line can produce clear PVC hose, PVC braided hose, color PVC fiber knitted hose, garden water hose and PVC non-knitted hose. This production line is composed with Single screw extruders(2 sets), cooling calibration tank(2 sets), haul-off machine(2 sets), Fiber Braiding machine(1 set), heat oven(1 set), hose coiler(1 set), mould and so on. The machine set adopts most advanced international technology and technique, which ensuring a stable and reliable production.

HSJ-65/28 Single Screw Extruder This Extruder is designed specially for processing PVC soft granules, which installed with 15/18.5kw driving motor, according to the different pipe size, or thickness. Our SCREW is specially designed according to Chemical Characteristic of the granules used for making corrugated pipe. It has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.
